As a child I thought I may never really know how to "human" properly.
I worked hard to fit in (as we are taught to do) but I always felt a sense of myself that was bigger, brighter and more curious than i felt I "should" be.
I've spent most of my life as a seeker, investigating and experimenting with ways of being, living and experiencing the life. Three years ago I decided to "seek" full time, immersed in conversation, connection and practice with many truly incredible teachers...most importantly myself.

I'm a Karuna Reiki Master Teacher and have thousands of hours of training in, holding space for, and helping to bring out the Authentic You that came into this world!
Since the time I chose to come into this world, this has been my purpose.
I'm grateful that technology has allowed me to connect to people and an ever-growing, global spiritual awareness is driving us to meet this challenge and usher in the next level of Humaning!
