In life. In relationship. In community.
Somewhere along the way, being human became about “getting it right.”
Performing competence, earning worth, curating a life that looks good.
But aliveness doesn’t live in the polished version.
It lives in our bodies, our hearts, our bones—
messy, unfinished, and deeply alive.
Desire. Longing. The quiet truths we learned to manage instead of trust.
We weren’t taught to live from this place.
We were taught to contain it—to fit ourselves into someone else’s box.
That containment costs us.
It pulls us away from our bodies, our truth, our capacity to feel alive.
Not because we’re broken.
But because we stopped listening.
Being human isn’t something to perfect.
It’s something to inhabit.
This work grows from that understanding.
We work with what’s present, move at the speed of trust,
and let clarity emerge without forcing it.
This work doesn’t ask for a perfected version of you—
only your curiosity, your participation, and your willingness to stay.

Hi, I’m Ann.
I’ve always been curious about what it actually is to be human
the space between who we are inside
and how we live in the world.
I work collaboratively with people who sense there’s more available
more presence, more truth, more aliveness in how they live and relate.
This work is not about fixing or optimizing.
It’s about learning how to live with the messiness of being human
together.
I currently work one-on-one, with couples/relationships,
and in small group spaces for shared exploration and embodied practice.
My work is informed by training in:
The Mastery Method (ICM) Coaching, Embodied Intimacy & Relationship Coaching, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy
Karuna Reiki Master Energy Healing
*These studies inform how I hold space, while the work itself remains relational, embodied, and responsive to what’s present.
